Remove Certified search virus. Uninstall certified toolbar

Certified toolbar is a harmful browser hijack application which registers itself as a toolbar/extension but then it viciously changes default settings and floods the infected computer with Spam content. When the Certified toolbar malware has been installed, it will compromise security of Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer to utilize them for its own interest. From that moment, user on infected computer keeps getting redirected to Certified search each time he uses Google (or another default search provider). Besides this, a lot of advertisements either as pop-ups or in-text ads start appearing all of sudden. Certified toolbar search virus makes the infected computer incredibly slow down because it performs criminal tasks underground that make load on CPU usage which results into frequent browser crash or hang ups. To manually remove Certified search toolbar, follow the instructions.
First of all, Uninstall the program. (Skip to the next step if the application is not listed in Control Panel).
“Start > Settings > Control Panel. Now Locate and open “Add or Remove Programs” or “PROGRAMS AND FEATURES”. Find “Certified search toolbar”. Now click Uninstall/Remove.
Now remove the program from Browser.
Internet Explorer users:
Click “Tools” (if on Internet Explorer 9, click gear icon), Then “Manage Add-ons”. Look for Certified search toolbar. Disable if found any.
Block pop-ups of Certified search toolbar
To stop pop-ups from malware,
Click on TOOLS > POP-UP BLOCKER, then click TURN ON POP-UP BLOCKER. and then go to POP-UP BLOCKER SETTINGS. (Type any website you wish to block popups from)
 Firefox users:
Go to “Tools” (at the top), > “Add-ons” > “Extensions” and disable “Certified search toolbar”
 Chrome Users:
Click “Tools/Settings” (Wrench incon), > “Add-ons” > “Extensions” and disable any file associate with malware.

Open Task Manager to stop processes.
